Hello,
The update has been rolled out to all iPads. When you are prompted for a provider code upon first launching the app, please check to see if you've received an email from your account manager with your code. If you haven't and have a support ticket open then the code is provided there. If you have received neither of these then please email help@healthipass.com and request your provider code; we are happy to provide it.
Thank you for your patience as we resolved this issue,

Hello,
A new version of the Health iPass app should be rolling out to all devices by end of day. If you have opened a support ticket, the needed provider code should be added to the ticket for you. If you are receiving any errors or the app is still crashing please try again after at least an hour has passed.
Thank you for your patience,

Dear Health iPass Clients,
We are experiencing a total outage of our Apple iPad application at this time. We are working at a priority to restore the service as soon as possible. In the meantime, we would like to assist with continuing your intake workflow. We have a virtual kiosk that functions similarly to the app and will allow patients to check in. You will find that you can open Safari on your iPads now. If you don’t already have your virtual kiosk links, please open a ticket with support by emailing help@healthipass.com requesting the virtual kiosk links. We will direct you in setting up the necessary links for your use. Please be aware that these links are location dependent and cannot check-in patients across multiple locations in Health iPass. For your review in using this functionality. we have a training video for "electronic check in" located in the resource center on the bottom right of your HiP dashboard.
We are diligently working to get this restored today and will provide real time updates as we receive them.
Thanks,
Health iPass
