Hello Health iPASS Clients,
We are sending this update to inform you of an upcoming security update affecting support ticket access. Currently, users do not need to be registered to submit a ticket, which makes keeping track of tickets more difficult and increases the likelihood of potential security risk.
Effective Friday, February 23rd a registered account will be required to access the Health iPASS ticket system. If you have not created an account yet, or have not logged into an account that was created when you submitted a ticket via email, please spend the time to register.You can register a new user on this page by clicking "Register."
