    Hello Health iPass Clients,

    After our investigation, we found that a limited subset of patients were impacted by a bug that affected appointment messaging workflows last week.

    We have identified the impacted appointments and are making a targeted re-attempt to send reminders to those appointments that are still eligible. We will be monitoring the situation as the process runs.
